Jiffy Digital Grocery Store

Jiffy is a London based fast grocery delivery. The client wanted their brand to be human, responsible, and noticeable. Working with a local strategist, my team from Shuka and I created a brand idea and developed a visual identity. The Robin bird is a logo and a mascot at the same time. It’s an image of a small local hero who cares about its neighbours. The main value other competitors communicate is speed, but it’s not the most sustainable one, so Jiffy wanted to be more than just an instant delivery. We transformed Jiffy into a digital grocery store (that just happens to deliver grocery fast). The visual language is based on a bright color palette, expressive typography and illustrations of the store’s products. At the heart of each key visual is a small bird hurrying with groceries to feed the customer. Besides the logo, wordmark and identity guidelines, my team designed the look & feel of the digital assets (web & app), posters for the first campaign and packages for a private label products.
